NTE Platforms and System Requirements

Use this page before downloading Neverness to Everness. The goal is not to publish a fake benchmark table. The goal is to help players confirm whether their platform, storage, login method, and download route are ready before they waste time on a failed install.

The interactive install desk above saves locally in your browser. Use it as a second-screen checklist while preparing PC, iOS, Android, Mac, or PlayStation setup.

Officially listed platforms

The official Launch FAQ lists Windows PC, App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android, Apple Mac, Google Play PC, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 5 Pro.

Check current storefront availability in your region before downloading. Store pages, platform listings, and regional availability can change faster than a fan-made guide page.

PC recommended and minimum requirements

The official FAQ lists a PC recommended tier and a PC minimum tier. Treat these as install and planning references, not as proof of frame rate, resolution, graphics preset, or loading performance.

Recommended PC planning baseline:

  • Intel Core i7-12700 or above.
  • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 or AMD Radeon RX 6700 or above.

Minimum PC planning baseline:

  • Intel Core i7-10700.
  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 or AMD Radeon RX 5600.

If you are near the minimum, avoid making spending or platform decisions based only on the spec list. Test the live client, record settings, and watch for loading, crash, thermal, and network behavior.

Mobile requirements

For Android, the official recommended chipsets include Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, MediaTek Dimensity 9200, or above. The official minimum line includes Snapdragon 855, MediaTek Dimensity 8000, or equivalent.

For iOS, the official recommended line is iPhone 14 Pro or newer with iOS 17.0 or later. The official minimum line is iPhone 12 Pro Max with iOS 15.0.

Do not turn those lines into a phone ranking yet. Real performance depends on device heat, OS version, storage state, background updates, and the live client.

Storage planning

The official FAQ lists Windows 10 64-bit or later and at least 60GB free space for Windows. It also says another 60GB may be needed temporarily during extraction. For a smoother install, plan around 120GB free on the target drive before downloading or updating.

For iOS and Android, the official FAQ lists at least 20GB free space. Leave more than the bare minimum because mobile downloads, patches, cache, and unpacking behavior can need usable temporary space.

This page does not publish a Mac or PlayStation storage number. Check the current storefront and platform download page for those devices.

Safe download route

Use official channels only:

  • Windows PC, App Store, and Google Play users should start from the official launch link or official store route.
  • Mac, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 5 Pro users should search the relevant platform storefront.
  • Avoid unofficial APKs, mirrors, repacks, modified launchers, and random file hosts.

If a download source asks you to disable security tools, install unrelated software, or log in through a suspicious page, stop and return to official sources.

Login and cross-platform setup

The official FAQ describes cross-platform progress when using the same PWG Account path. Third-party login options vary by platform, and separate providers can create separate accounts.

Before spending scarce resources:

  • Record the exact login method.
  • Record the intended server.
  • Test the same account path on a second device if you plan to switch platforms.
  • Do not assume cross-platform support means server transfer.

Common install issues to record

For PC, the official FAQ includes troubleshooting for English-character install paths, insufficient disk space, file verification failure, stuck downloads, launcher update failure, resource download errors, slow loading, and frequent crashes.

For mobile, the official FAQ notes that update and unpacking behavior can make usable storage differ from the visible free-space number. If the mobile app crashes after download, reinstall and keep the game in the foreground during download and update before testing again.

When something fails, record:

  • Platform and device.
  • Available storage.
  • Install path or storefront.
  • Exact error text.
  • Network, VPN, proxy, and hosts-file state if relevant.
  • Screenshot or clip reference.

What this guide does not claim

This guide does not claim:

  • Best PC graphics settings.
  • Best PS5 or PS5 Pro settings.
  • FPS targets.
  • Controller sensitivity values.
  • Platform rankings.
  • Mac or PlayStation storage numbers.
  • Whether a near-minimum device will feel good enough for your playstyle.

Those details require live-client testing and should be published only after they are actually verified.

FAQ

Is 60GB enough for PC?

Treat 60GB as the official install-space baseline, not a comfort target. The official FAQ also notes temporary extraction room, so the install desk uses 120GB as a safer planning target.

How much space should I leave on iOS or Android?

The official mobile baseline is 20GB free space. Leave extra room for updates, cache, and unpacking behavior, especially if the store or app reports insufficient usable space.

Can I use unofficial installers?

No. This fan-made site does not recommend unofficial APKs, repacks, mirrors, or modified launchers. Use official routes and current platform storefronts.

Does this guide prove best settings?

No. Requirements are not benchmarks. Use the live client to test graphics, performance, controller comfort, heat, battery, loading, and stability before writing best-settings advice.
