Before sending an invoice - Confirm the sponsor and destination URL are safe. - Confirm the campaign does not involve fake rewards, fake codes, account selling, cheats, unsafe top-up, official impersonation, or copied official assets. - Confirm the placement is clearly labeled Advertisement or Sponsored. - Confirm the sponsor understands there is no traffic, click, conversion, ranking, or revenue guarantee. - Confirm the IO template and creative guidelines have been reviewed. What counts as first-dollar evidence - A paid invoice, payment processor receipt, bank/merchant notification, AdSense estimated earnings, or affiliate-network revenue evidence controlled by the site owner. - A copied inquiry, pitch response, draft invoice, or unsigned IO is not revenue. - Public reports should summarize the revenue status without exposing private identity, bank, tax, payer, or payment credential data. Post-payment placement checklist - Payment status marked paid or approved by the site owner. - Creative approved. - Destination URL checked immediately before publishing. - Disclosure label visible. - Placement does not block checklist, code copy, reset, map, or navigation controls. - Campaign added to response log and closeout CSV. - Revenue proof stored privately by the owner.
