NTE QUICK TOOLS SPONSOR CREATIVE GUIDELINES Last reviewed: 2026-05-29 Production site: https://ntequicktools.pages.dev Insertion order template: https://ntequicktools.pages.dev/advertising/sponsor-insertion-order-template.txt Allowed sponsor lanes - Safe gaming utility tools, launch trackers, creator tools, community tools, hardware, accessories, desk setup, performance tools, and clearly disclosed fan-community services. - Original advertiser-owned creative, abstract gaming visuals, plain-text creative cards, non-official screenshots from the advertiser's own product, and standard display banners. - Conservative call-to-action copy that does not impersonate the game, developer, publisher, or official support. Forbidden sponsor lanes - Official-looking NTE claims, fake official partnership claims, fake rewards, fake active redeem codes, fake launch gifts, or fake developer verification. - Account selling, account boosting, cheats, bots, exploits, unsafe top-up, gray-market currency, malware, adult content, gambling-like offers, or crypto-like financial promises. - Official NTE logo, official character art, official screenshots, official key art, official UI captures, official video screenshots, or copied guide text unless written rights are proven. - Creative that looks like an in-game reward claim, download button, system alert, code redemption button, or editorial recommendation. Recommended creative specs - Homepage / tool banner: 970x90 or responsive HTML/text card. - Sidebar rectangle: 300x250 or responsive HTML/text card. - Content banner: 728x90 desktop with a mobile-friendly fallback. - Text sponsor card: brand name, one-sentence offer, destination URL, disclosure label, and safety note. - All creatives should be legible on a dark ink background and should not rely on tiny legal text. Required labels - Use Advertisement for normal ad placements. - Use Sponsored for manually negotiated sponsor cards or sponsor mentions. - Do not hide the label, place it only on hover, or style it like game UI. Creative review checklist 1. Does the creative avoid official NTE assets and official-looking branding? 2. Does it avoid fake rewards, codes, launch gifts, and game-mechanic claims? 3. Is the destination URL safe, reachable, and consistent with the creative? 4. Is the disclosure label visible before the user clicks? 5. Is the creative visually separated from guide facts and tool controls? 6. Does mobile layout keep checkboxes, copy buttons, and forms usable? 7. Is there no implied endorsement, partnership, authorization, or official wiki status? Reject or revise when - The creative creates confusion with official game content. - The destination URL changes after approval. - The campaign asks for editorial influence. - The sponsor cannot explain asset rights. - The creative harms player trust or makes unsupported claims.
