Current readiness - Public reply path monitored: needs owner inbox confirmation - Recommended max first send count: 2 - First package to use: First-Cent Sponsor Test, US$10-25 for 48-72 hours. - Traffic claims allowed: no - Official partnership language allowed: no - Mass sending allowed: no Go / no-go gates before sending - GO only if the public inquiry form or email is monitored daily. - GO only if each candidate source URL is rechecked manually on the day of outreach. - GO only if the offer can be clearly labeled Advertisement or Sponsored. - NO-GO if the advertiser wants fake rewards, fake codes, account services, cheats, unsafe top-up, official impersonation, copied official assets, or hidden ad labels. - NO-GO if the advertiser asks for guaranteed traffic, clicks, conversions, ranking, or editorial control. Seven-day execution plan Day 0 - Setup sanity check - Open the public contact / advertising form and confirm someone will check it daily. - Open media-kit.json, rate-card.csv, first-pitch-batch.txt, IO template, and creative guidelines. - Do not send outreach if the reply path is not monitored. Pass condition: Public reply path monitored and all campaign packet URLs open successfully. Day 1 - Recheck the safest candidates - Open each candidate source URL from the first pitch batch in a browser. - Reject any candidate that requires fake rewards, account services, cheats, unsafe top-up, official impersonation, copied official assets, or traffic guarantees. - Keep only the lowest-risk hardware, creator, tool, or community offers for the first-cent test. Pass condition: Two or fewer safe candidates remain for the US$10-25 first-cent batch unless the owner manually approves another candidate. Day 2 - Send a tiny manual pitch batch - Send one customized email or form message at a time. - Link media kit, one-page proposal, rate card, creative guidelines, and the public site. - Do not claim impressions, clicks, traffic, ranking, conversion, official relationship, or revenue. Pass condition: 1-2 manually reviewed first-cent messages sent and logged. Day 3 - Log responses and disqualify risky replies - Record each reply in the sponsor response tracker. - Reject replies asking for editorial influence, fake rewards, official-looking copy, unsafe offers, or hidden labels. - For no-reply candidates, wait; do not spam follow-ups. Pass condition: Every response has status, next action, and safety note. Day 4 - Qualify a real sponsor lead - Ask for destination URL, creative sample, campaign dates, budget, and disclosure acceptance. - Confirm the campaign can use Advertisement or Sponsored label. - Confirm the advertiser accepts no traffic or conversion guarantee. Pass condition: At most one lead moves to IO review. Day 5 - Send IO template and creative rules - Fill the sponsor insertion-order template with campaign fields. - Attach or link creative guidelines. - Do not publish anything until payment status and owner approval are explicit. Pass condition: IO fields, creative review status, and payment status are clear. Day 6 - Review creative and placement safety - Check mobile and desktop placement visibility. - Confirm the label is visible before click. - Reject creatives that look like game rewards, system alerts, code buttons, official announcements, or guide conclusions. Pass condition: Creative passes disclosure, rights, destination, and mobile usability checks. Day 7 - Decide publish / revise / stop - Publish only if payment, creative approval, destination URL, label, and site-owner approval are complete. - If not complete, request revision or stop the test. - After publishing, log campaign start, end, placement, and any verified performance evidence. Pass condition: A safe paid test is either ready to publish or explicitly rejected without harming site trust. What counts as real progress - A real sponsor reply from a monitored channel. - A sponsor lead that accepts disclosure and safe creative rules. - A paid campaign with payment status, IO fields, creative approval, and clear Advertisement / Sponsored label. - A rejected lead with documented safety reason is also progress because it protects site trust. What does not count as revenue - Draft emails. - A downloaded media kit. - A candidate brand list. - A promise to review later. - Any fake sponsor, fake partner, fake traffic, or fake payment claim.
